PURCHASING PACKAGES OR INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKETS TO PAN-HELLENISM WEEKEND 2024
- Please complete the form below and click CHECK FOR TICKETS to preview
the tickets available for purchase. All tickets are general admission and will
be available at the door (if capacity allows), but attendees are encouraged to purchase in
advance to take advantage of discounts and to streamline the check-in process,
as electronic tickets will be scanned.
- If you wish to purchase the suggested
tickets, click PURCHASE TICKETS to checkout.
- If you wish to select a different quantity
or if you no longer wish to purchase tickets, click the RELEASE TICKETS
button. (Do not click the BACK button on your browser.)
- Once you submit your payment information, you will be taken to a confirmation page.
- Once at the confirmation page, please enter the names of the
individuals in your group who will be using each specific ticket purchased.
Each individual must have a ticket (either saved as an image on their phone or
printed out in advance) for admission. To ease distribution, you can enter
individual email addresses along with names at the confirmation page and click
the Send Emails to Distribute Tickets option. Click Continue to save your changes.

If you get a duplicate invoice error before checking out, please close your browser and start your order again. If you encounter any errors during checkout, please check your account or text (703) 475-6249 to see if your payment went through. (A duplicate invoice error during checkout means that your order went through, so do not enter it again.) We reguarly check for transactions where issues with the payment processor prevents the issuing of tickets and will manually push through ticket confirmations if needed, so do not submit a second order.

Packages include admission to all events of Pan-Hellenism Weekend 2024 will include a free drink for MezeMania, two free drinks for the Saturday Late Night Party, and a free Drip or Cold Brew Coffee and assorted pastries at Sunday's Brunch at For Five Coffee Roasters DC. Prices shown below are valid through the date shown or until the specified total number of packages are sold, whichever comes first! Once the Valid Through date passes or the total quantity of packages sold is exceeded, the price will jump to the next row until 500 total packages are sold.

Friday Greek Night at Public Bar Live

To ensure the comfort of our guests, we are giving priority to attendees who have pre-purchased tickets to the Friday Greek Night at Public Bar Live. Unlike past years where we've have had no limit to the number of same-day purchasers and walk-up attendees purchasing tickets at the door, we reserve the right to limit the number of tickets sold for the Friday Greek Night and to limit walk-up attendees. To ensure entry, please purchase your tickets as soon as possible!
- We will be taking reservations for up to 10 tables for bottle service. Please email [email protected] with your name and phone number to make your reservations. Please note tickets must be purchased in advance for all members of your party. Tables can accommodate up to 8 guests each.

- All MezeMania tickets purchased come with a meze buffet and a free drink!
Saturday Late Night Party at Penn Social

Due to capacity constraints, only 500 tickets will be sold to the Saturday Late Night Bouzoukia at Penn Social.

Admission to the Saturday Late Night Bouzoukia at Penn Social comes with complimentary heavy hors d'oeuvres.

The first 400 tickets purchased ONLINE for the PHW 2024 Saturday Late Night Party (individually or as part of a Package) come with a two free drinks! After 400 tickets are purchased, only tickets purchased as part of a Package will come with two free drinks!

- All tickets include a free Drip or Cold Brew Coffee and assorted pastries.
