Personal Statement:

I am a classically trained chef and have been inducted in 'The Honorable Order of the Golden Toque', a culinary organization which has only 100 living member . . . to date there have been only four (4) Greeks inducted, two of which are deceased. I am extremely proud of my Greek Heritage, born in Greece and have been in USA since 1948. I have moved to the DelMarVA area 22 years ago, and live in Maryland with my wife, children, and grandchildren. I am active in the Ss Constantine & Helen-Annapolis Church and have served in the Altar and as Chef for their annual festival for over twenty years.
